So, who am I?
But first, both because it's polite and because you need to know that I won't be wasting your time - however 'too good to be true' much of what you're about to read may seem - let me briefly introduce myself. Who am I, exactly, to pop up on your computer at the invitation of Nightingale Conant and start telling you what's what about the universe?
First and foremost, I'm a very lucky man. (Just as you'll be, when you find out how to attract luck using the Tao.) From an early age I was truly blessed... invited by a stream of extremely fortunate 'coincidences' to study, and later master, an extraordinary range of core spiritual and energy practices.
Over the last 30 years, these have included the ultimate, chi-based martial arts of aikido and t'ai chi, Native American shamanism, humanistic psychotherapy, Buddhism and Chinese energy medicine.
